This fair will be held in the Ballroom (5th Floor Kansas Union). The organizer recommends parking in the Kansas Union Garage (note you will need to pay to park there). They will provide table and chairs. We need to bring tabling supplies.

parade check in is from 9 to 11 (Martha Silks will do check in) 3/17/2026 (Tuesday) at 12th and Rhode Island St. Trucks will be moved to place in parade around 11:30 so anyone interested in helping decorate trucks please show up at 10:30. There is room in truck cabs and in Ranger truck bed (on straw bales). Walkers are also needed, 2 to carry banner and others to hand out palm cards and candy. Your signing up is helpful in planning. Parade starts at 1:00 PM
