Support measures that promote an efficient and responsive county government; 
(1) Meetings of the Board of County Commissioners at established times with published agendas; 
(2) The appointment of a county administrator who is responsible to the Board of County Commissioners; and 
(3) Election of policy-making county officials only. 

The League supports an increase in the number of County Commission districts.  At this time the League does not support full time commissioners. 

The League strongly affirms the State League position advocating election of policy-making county officials only.
