St Patrick's Day Parade. The Lawrence Douglas County League is going to have an entry in the St. Patrick's Day Parade! We are planning to dress as "Suffragettes over the Decades" and will even have costumes available. Some of us will walk, and if we can find convertibles, some will ride.

Lawrence City Hall Voter Education Coalition Town Hall. The Voter Education Coalition will be holding a Town Hall to discuss the USD 497 $87 million bond issue to improve Lawrence's secondary schools. A USD 497 representative will give an overview of the project and answer questions. It will be filmed by Channel 6 and available on their website within the following days.
